GCam Privacy Policy

GCam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

The app runs entirely on your device. The camera, microphone, motion sensor, and Photos library are used only for the on-device features described below. Nothing is sent to any server. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party trackers.

What the app accesses, and why

• Camera and microphone — used only to record the video clips that GCam captures when you move the device. Video and audio never leave the device through the app.
• Accelerometer / motion sensor — used to detect when the device is in motion so a recording can start automatically. Motion data is not stored or transmitted; it's read in real time and discarded.
• Photos library (add-only) — used to save the videos you record to your Camera Roll. GCam writes finished clips and never reads existing photos or videos.

GCam is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
